SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery Times
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase (Monday-Saturday). Delivery to GCC countries takes 7-9 business days from order date.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs clearance or local courier schedules.
Shipping Coverage
We offer free standard shipping to all GCC countries:
- United Arab Emirates
- Saudi Arabia
- Kuwait
- Qatar
- Bahrain
- Oman
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email within 24-48 hours of your order being shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active in the courier system.
Customs & Import Fees
As an international shipment, your order may be subject to customs duties and import taxes determined by your country's customs authority. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Customs policies vary by country. Most GCC countries charge 5% customs duty on cosmetics. Your local courier will collect any applicable fees upon delivery.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Address changes must be requested within 6 hours of order placement by emailing support@tallow-co.com.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within 12 business days, please contact us at support@tallow-co.com with your order number. We will investigate with our shipping partner and resolve the issue promptly.
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
30-Day Product Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality and effectiveness of our Barrier Repair Balm. If you experience a genuine product quality issue or defect, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery.
Eligible Returns
Refunds are provided in the following cases:
- Product arrived damaged or defective
- Allergic reaction or adverse skin response (medical documentation may be requested)
- Product quality does not match description (incorrect consistency, separation, contamination)
Non-Eligible Returns
We cannot offer refunds for:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Dissatisfaction with results (skincare results vary by individual)
- Used product without quality defect
- Orders placed in error
How to Request a Return

- Include your order number and photos of the product issue
- Describe the specific quality or defect concern
- Our team will review and respond within 24-48 hours
Refund Process
Once your return is approved:
- Refund processed within 3-5 business days
- Funds returned to original payment method within 7-10 business days
- Return shipping of defective product may be required
Damaged Deliveries
If your product arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
